This final part of the chronicle presents detailed lists of the first settlers and residents of Moquegua between 1611 and 1614. It narrates the conflict and subsequent concord between the residents of this town and those of the town of San Francisco de Esquilache regarding the foundation site, a dispute finally resolved in 1625 when the Viceroy elevated Moquegua to the rank of Villa de Santa Catalina de Guadalcázar. The author documents the evolution of the city's honorary titles up to the republican era (1823, 1828) and mentions the allocation of funds for hydraulic works. Genealogical and testamentary data are included, highlighting the donations of Doña Usenda de Loayza and the disputes of the Council with ecclesiastics over seating preferences. Local events such as crimes of passion, triple marriages, and the construction of walls or temples are also recorded; it ends with a list of the first vineyard owners of 1597.
