Abstract

Brief bibliographical note in which Carlos Alberto Romero acknowledges receipt of a booklet published by Carlos Paz-Soldán [Los negociadores diplomáticos peruanos y colombianos desde 1821 hasta 1830. Refutación al estudio publicado por D. José A, de Izcue en la “Revista Histórica”. Lima: Imprenta Liberal, 1907]. Said booklet is a compilation of newspaper articles written to refute a previous study by José A. de Izcue on boundaries and diplomacy, which had appeared in the Revista Histórica. Romero explains that the journal does not publish personal or passioned polemics, it only reports the existence of the reply without reproducing it in its pages.
